Miguel A. Rivera was born and raised in the U.S./ Mexican border town of Nogales, Arizona. All his life he has worked as a ranch hand throughout the area and believes in hard work and strong family values. Being a descendent of the Mayo people and being raised in a mixed cultural city, Miguel has grown to appreciate a mix of Mexican, Southwest, and Native American culture, which shows in his art and hard working values.
